Your mission

As a Data Engineer, you contribute to client projects by developing and implementing data engineering solutions. You break down complex problems into actionable steps, write efficient queries, and build end-to-end ETL pipelines, data quality alerts, and reports.

How will you contribute:

• Develop and implement data engineering solutions for client projects.
• Write complex queries and build complete ETL processes.
• Ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Define and implement key metrics for Data Scientists.
• Provide timely progress updates and escalate blockers when necessary.
• Collaborate with client technology teams and contribute to discussions.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities within your functional team.
• Work with your team lead to define and achieve professional development goals.
• Contribute ideas in problem-solving sessions.
• Stay aware of related tasks to ensure seamless project execution.

Your profile

• Programming & DevOps: You possess solid Python programming skills and are familiar with DevOps practices.
• Problem Solving & Independence: You are capable of solving problems in a structured way with minimal supervision, adhering to best practices and company guidelines.
• Cloud Expertise: You are familiar with one of the three mainstream cloud environments 
• Data Engineering Experience: You have solid experience in developing and maintaining data infrastructure, managing databases, and implementing ETL processes.
• Pipeline & Storage Management: You can design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for scalability, and manage and troubleshoot data storage systems.
• Collaboration & Data Modeling: You work collaboratively with data architects to design efficient data models that meet client needs.
• Accountability & Performance: You are accountable for the reliability, performance, and scalability of data engineering solutions and collaborate on larger data projects.
• Client Understanding: You have a deep understanding of the client's environment and business perspectives, and you can effectively relate them to the technology domain.

Step 1: The Tech Talk (60 minutes)
Next, you'll have a tech screen with one of our experts. We’ll dive into technologies, solutions, and your problem-solving approach.

Step 2: The Technical Interview (60 minutes)
We’ll dive deeper into technical questions to assess your expertise and understanding. It’s all about seeing how you tackle complex challenges. 

Step 3: Team Fit Discussion
We promote dialogue and we make sure you also have time to ask your questions and hare how we can best support you.

Step 4: The Vision Chat 
Finally, you'll have a conversation with our Managing Director. Prepare for a mutual introduction, focusing on meaningful topics like personal values, work preferences, and real-life examples of ambitions and challenges. Think of it as a friendly discussion to share your story and learn about our vision.
