Your mission

As a Data Scientist, your role revolves around taking on defined project tasks and actively contributing to the development and implementation of data science solutions within projects. This requires a deep understanding of client problems and our services. You will need to excel at breaking down tasks into actionable steps and presenting results effectively, often communicating with clients.

Key duties:

encompass performing and interpreting analysis, including the creation of visualizations and dashboards.
break down problems into actionable steps and solve assigned tasks.
establish and nurture relationships with immediate colleagues and client teams within specific projects.
timely updates on work progress are essential, necessitating clear communication with project managers, senior team members and line manager.
able to solve problems efficiently with minimal supervision, while adhering to best practices and company guidelines, is crucial.
contributing ideas to problem-solving sessions and understanding the broader context of related work are integral to your role.

Your profile

Solid experience in data analysis, modeling, machine learning and domain-specific knowledge.
Ability to work autonomously and independently.
Proficiency in Python programming and machine learning models. (RAG is a huge plus)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or any other quantitative field.
Ideally, 3-5 years of relevant work experience - project assignments, ideally client or corporate projects, outside of academia.

Step 1: The Tech Talk (60 minutes)

Next, you'll have a tech screen with one of our experts. We’ll dive into technologies, solutions, and your problem-solving approach.

Step 2: The Technical Interview (60 minutes)

We’ll dive deeper into technical questions to assess your expertise and understanding. It’s all about seeing how you tackle complex challenges.

Step 3: Team Fit Discussion

We promote dialogue and we make sure you also have time to ask your questions and here how we can best support you.

Step 4: The Vision Chat

Finally, you'll have a conversation with our Managing Director. Prepare for a mutual introduction, focusing on meaningful topics like personal values, work preferences, and real-life examples of ambitions and challenges. Think of it as a friendly discussion to share your story and learn about our vision.
